These packages allow you to take ownership of a lodge and get a guaranteed rental income of up to 10% for 3 years depending on how often you plan on using it. For instance, a 2 bedroom home let out for 42 weeks a year would guarantee a return of £8000 pa or for 50 weeks £10,000 pa. After the three years you can either continue to rent the lodge out, sell it or move in permanently.
